UK customers can order using the PayPal system which enables you to make payment using your account or a Credit or Debit card.
For international orders Paypal is the only method of payment we can accept please use the contact us so we can give you the latest prices for goods and shipping at the prevailing exchange rates
Delivery
Orders will be posted out as soon as possible after receipt of full payment The period for dispatch is normally next day, we will let you know by email when your goods have been dispatched As all items are handmade we may have to extend the delivery times, especially after a busy period, I will inform you of the dispatch times if this is the case and a refund will be given if it does not suit you.
Postage and packing

Orders will be posted with Royal Mail or by Courier service
All orders come boxed in our own stylish boxes

I understand how difficult it can be to buy from the internet - your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it, in the original packaging, with any gift packaging and labels attached within 14 days of receipt at your own cost for a refund of the original purchase price and original postage.
Please ensure the item is packaged in a bubble protected bag or envelope as refunds for breakages in transit cannot be made and for your own records it is recommended to send by
Recorded signed for delivery.
You may also return your item undamaged, with labels and packaging within 14 days for an exchange Pierced earrings can now be returned and the posts or hooks will be replaced and scrapped. In the unlikely event of a fault or a breakage in transit, a full refund or replacement will be given on return of the damaged goods.In any of the above cases please contact me before returning goods.
